Space Usage Guidelines
When using the space, please make sure to check the following items.
•
Only the 1st floor space is available for use.
•
You must dispose of any garbage generated while using the space yourself.
•
For beverages, please empty the contents completely before recycling.
•
For food waste, please place it in a food waste bag and dispose of it at the food waste disposal area located in the parking lot.
•
Since there are residential areas nearby and there are other offices on the 2nd floor, please refrain from making excessive noise.
•
Parking is not available, so we recommend finding a nearby parking lot. If you park on the street, you may be fined, so please be careful.
•
Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the space. Smoking is not allowed on the terrace either.
•
When you finish using the space, please refer to the inventory list below to check if there are any missing or damaged items.
If there are any missing or damaged items, please be sure to inform one of the staff members.
•
When you finish using the space, please arrange the desks and chairs back to their original state.
And when leaving, please make sure that the terrace door is properly closed and the entrance door is locked.

Garbage Collection
We would like to provide guidance on how to dispose of various types of waste generated while using the space.
a. General waste
Please dispose of general waste at the back of the space (near the mirror).
b. Recyclable waste
Please dispose of recyclable waste at the back of the space through proper waste separation. For coffee, be sure to separate the plastic cup and cup holder, and dispose of the contents in the bathroom.
c. Food waste
Please dispose of food waste in a food waste bag and place it in the food waste collection bin located next to the parking lot.

Parking is not available in the building. Instead, we will guide you to nearby public/private parking lots.
