localhost:web3 is a free, non-profit venue operated by its organizers at their own expense, dedicated to the growth of Korea's Web3 ecosystem. We would be happy to see this space put to good use in advancing Web3 in Korea :D

For-profit activities that contribute to the Web3 ecosystem are possible. However, if on the same date there is a not-for-profit activity or an event that makes a greater contribution to Web3, members may need to exercise their judgment in resolving the conflict.

This space is operated on a non-profit basis, and no individual or organization associated with the operation of the space may derive financial gain. All funds belonging to the organization are managed transparently, and financial records can be reviewed at the provided link. As more members join the management of the organization in the future, financial decisions may be made according to internal governance rules. Even in such cases, all financial matters will continue to be disclosed transparently. The organization that applies for the space must be the one to use it, and subleasing or transferring the reservation is strictly prohibited. By applying to use this space, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that the organizers bear no liability for any circumstances arising from the temporary rental of the space to specific individuals or groups. The responsibility for the safe management and proper use of the space during the rental period rests solely with the applicant. The applicant further agrees to accept financial responsibility for any damages to the space that may result from its temporary use. If a cancellation is made within one week (168 hours) prior to the reserved usage date after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be forfeited and used for group operations.
