The space is aย free-rent and not-for-profit initiative, operated at the personal expense of the organizers, with the goal of contributing to the growth of the Korean Web3 ecosystem. If this space can be used meaningfully for the development of Web3 in Korea, that alone will make us happy.

This space is operated on a non-profit basis, and no individual or organization associated with it may derive financial gain without disclosing it to the operator of the space. If any information provided is found to be false or misleading to the operators, operators of the space could shut-down it during the event or forfeit the deposit. The applicant agrees that the operator solely construe the situation and decides the concept of โmisleadingโ. All funds belonging to the organization are managed transparently, and financial records can be reviewed at the provided link. As more members join the management of the organization in the future, financial decisions may be made according to internal governance rules.
