localhost:web3 is a free, non-profit venue operated by its organizers at their own expense, dedicated to the growth of Korea's Web3 ecosystem. We would be happy to see this space put to good use in advancing Web3 in Korea :D
Below are some of the use cases we have envisioned for this space. As these are not exhaustive, please feel free to reach out with any inquiries.

Operation Principles
Those who use localhost:web3 should keep the following principles in mind.

Major decisions in the space are determined by votes from the members who operate localhost:web3.
•
For events or when borrowing the space for a set period of time, please make sure to apply in advance.
Please complete your advance application at Web3 House(localhost:web3) Usage Application Your reservation is confirmed once the operations team completes its review and the deposit payment is verified.
•
For-profit activities that contribute to the Web3 and AI ecosystem are possible with prior approval. In such cases, if on the same date there is a not-for-profit activity or an event that makes a greater contribution to Web3, members' judgment may be applied in resolving the conflict.
•
For safety, up to 50 attendees may be registered. Please apply for recurring reservations on a quarterly basis.
•
Mutual respect is essential.
•
If you have used the space, please make sure to tidy up according to the designated checklist!

localhost:web3 is operated on a non-profit basis.
•
No individual or organization involved in running this space receives any financial benefit.
•
There is no rental fee. A deposit is required solely to prevent no-shows and cover potential damages (details are provided at the time of application). If no issues arise after the event, it is fully refunded within 3 business days after inspection; however, if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days (168 hours) of the usage date, it is not refunded. A cleaning fee of KRW 50,000 may be deducted if the space is not properly tidied up.
•
The host bears responsibility for safety, facility management, and any damages arising from the temporary use of the space.
•
By submitting a reservation request, the host agrees to the above terms.
